Merged PR 486: IF不具合修正

## 概要
[Task2840: api.ts最新化](https://paruru.nds-tyo.co.jp:8443/tfs/ReciproCollection/fa4924a4-d079-4fab-9fb5-a9a11eb205f0/_workitems/edit/2840)

IFの修正を行いました。
・/api/termsがPOSTになっていたのでGETに修正
・/api/termsのtypesの記載が足りていなかったので修正
